Digital Products All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered to your email.

Physical Products We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at plushhhdigitalco@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

All other sales are final.
